We are having a Complete Cow Herd Dispersal on Dec 6th at Nilsson Bros Auction Mart in Clyde Alberta. Sale is at 1PM and we are selling al the cows and bred heifers and herd bulls. A few select heifer calves will also be offered. With less help and more work we either needed to expand our facilities and cow numbers or sell the herd.

We have culled very hard over the years and even this year we sold 27 cows. What’s left are all excellent cows. You will see in our females that the focus on maternal females with great udders bred true. If you are looking for cows with outcross genetics as we have used our own bulls heavily and line bred many on the 3rd and 4th generations. 96 Priscilla 2U and Dunrobin Red Lady ET 33H are heavy in pout Pedigrees. The Catalogue will be on www.buyagro.com after Nov 1st.

We have used our own top bulls the last few years and then later sold them to Top Breeders. Anderson Herefords in Sceptre Sask now own 75L. Triple A Herefords own 8N. Our best young horned cattle come from these bulls. Our Nacho and Rifleman polled cattle are great! We are very pleased with the low birth weights we get from both bulls. Rifleman is breeding that thickness we hoped for. There are some exciting calves from him.

K-Cow Nacho Man ET 36N
Wins the National Show

Nacho was the Grand Champion at Farmfair 2005 and the National Champion at Regina in 2005. He was purchased from Kevin and Janice Wirsta at the 2004 Agribition and then we used him heavy on our entire heifer calf crop. We are looking forward to these calves. Nacho is the first polled bull we use naturally. We hope to breed 1/2 of our herd polled in the future. We really believe that to make the Herefords the number one breed in the industry we need to optimize the best of both polled and horned genetics.

Our newest Herd Sire is

3-D-L Rifleman 2R

We believe Rifleman is one of the most complete Polled Hereford calves we have seen. He will see heavy use this spring on some of our best females. In 2007 we plan to mate him with the Nacho daughters.
